Opel Hopes Electric Cars Will Make for a Sustainable Automotive Brand

Opel, the ailing European unit of General Motors, is considering launching an electric car designed for city use.

"We are thinking about a small electric vehicle," Nick Reilly the president of General Motors Europe told Germany's Bild am Sonntag newspaper.
