Duke Energy, Tri-State Do Environmental 360, from Coal to Wind

Charlotte, N. Carolina-based Duke Energy (NYSE.DUK) is planning a new wind farm on Colorado’s Eastern Plains that will supply electricity to Tri-State Generation and Transmission, headquartered in Westminster, Colorado.
