Geothermal Energy: Cheaper than Coal?

According to two new reports, geothermal energy may be cheaper than any other energy source including coal.  The newest report, provided by Credit Suisse, an international investment bank, shows geothermal power costs 3.6 cents per kilowatt-hour, compared to 5.5 cents per kilowatt-hour for coal.
